1. Click the Address and search bar text field
2. Type "mylife.com [[Enter]]"
3. Click "Do Not Sell My Personal Information"
4. Click "Find URL of Reputation Profile by last name"
5. Click the first letter of your LAST name
6. Click the the button that contains is closest alphabetically for your name
7. Click the link with your name
8. Click "x" to clear any pop-ups
9. Click the Address and search bar text field
10. Right-click the Address and search bar text field
11. Click "Copy"
12. Click the MyLife - OPT OUT OF SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION - tab
13. Close the Search pop-up
14. Enter your first and last name into the form
15. Enter your City, Zip Code, and State information
16. Paste in the URL of the profile from step #12.
17. Press [[Cmd]] + [[v]]
18. Click this text field
19. Enter your email address for verification.
20. Click this checkbox to opt out of cookie tracking.
21. Complete the "I'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA verification.
22. Click "Opt Out"
23. Confirm the form has been submitted successfully.
